Flavor Description

Taro-colored balls with a soft, chewy texture and slightly taro aroma.

Instruction

1. Mix 100g taro balls premix powder and 60g water together.

2. After kneading into balls, sprinkle cornstarch on top, and knead into long strips and cut into small pieces for use.

3. Prepare a pot of boiling water, cook the raw taro balls from step 2 for about 3 minutes for the taro balls to float.
