Pon de Ring Premix Powder
- Seal the bag after opening.
- Avoid excessive heat or moisture.

Flavor Description
A soft and chewy bread-like snack.
Instruction
1. Beat 20g of whole eggs first and add 45g of milk.
2. Add 100g of pon de ring doughnut powder and mix it well.
3. Add 25g of softened unsalted butter and mix well, let the dough stand for about 3 minutes to shrink.
4. Fill the dough into the piping bag.
5. Spray the baking pan oil evenly to avoid sticking. Piping the dough into the mold about eight full and tap the mold to let the air out of the dough.
6. Preheat the oven to 170 ℃, and bake it for 15 ~ 17 minutes. (The bigger mold the longer baking time).
7. After the pon de ring dougnuts are baked, leave them cool and ready to decorate.
