Pancake Premix Powder
- Seal the bag after opening.
- Avoid excessive heat or moisture.
- Avoid constant exposure to light.
- Expiration dates as marked on the package.
Flavor Description
The texture is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a bit of chewiness at the same time.
Instruction
1. Mix 70g of egg, 182g of milk and 200g pancake powder together.
2. Add 35g unsalted melted butter and mix it well.
3. Leave the batter set for 1 minute.
4. Preheat the pan, and apply a little oil to avoid staining on the pan.
5. Turn down the heat and pour in the batter, turn over after 30 seconds (the surface will start to have big air bubbles), and fry for about 15 seconds.
