How To Use

1. Mix the Butter Baked Mochi Premix Powder with milk, egg, melted butter, and honey until smooth.

2. Strain the batter and refrigerate for 30–40 minutes.

3. Grease the baking molds with butter and pour in the prepared batter.

4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for approximately 35–40 minutes.

5. Bake until the surface turns golden brown and develops beautiful cracks.

6. Remove from the molds immediately after baking. Let cool slightly before serving.
