Instruction

Practice Ratio: (powder: water = 1:12)

Non-boiled Version

1. Mix 1200g of hot water with 100g of Ai Yu Jelly powder, stir until dissolved.

2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.

Boiling Version

1. In a pot, mix 100g of Ai Yu Jelly powder and 1200g of water together, keep stirring and boiling for 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and stir again for about 2 seconds.

2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
