Flavor Description
The texture is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a bit of bite between the soft and fluffy, crispier than the outer layer of pancake.
Instruction
1. Mix 35g of egg, 30g of milk and 100g of lattice Q premix powder together.
2. Add 17.5g of unsalted melted butter and mix it well.
3. Let the batter rest for one minute.
4. Preheat the machine, then brush oil evenly to avoid staining on the machine.
5. Pour over the batter, bake for three to five minutes.
