Mochi Waffle Premix Powder

Flavor Description
The texture is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, soft and fluffy with a bit of bite.
Instruction
1. Scale 1.5 eggs, 325g water or milk, 175g oil and 500g lattice Q premix powder in the mixing bowl.
2. Use paddle in low speed, mix all the ingredients together for 90 seconds, and turn to middle speed continue mixing for 30 seconds.
3. After the mixer stops, use a spatula to scrape the bottom and all sides of the mixer and make sure the dough is evenly distributed.
4. Scrape a scoop of dough (about 95 ~ 100g) with an ice cream scoop, put it into a waffle machine preheated at 180 ℃ and evenly coated with oil, bake it for about 3 ~ 5 minutes, and take it out and let it cool.
