Flavor Description

One side is hollow and crunchy, while the other side is fluffy and has an egg-like flavor.

Instruction

1. Mix 18g eggs and 100g egg puff powder together.

2. Add 10g of milk, 4.6g of unsalted melted butter and 43g of water.

3. Mix in low speed, and leave it for 5 minutes and ready to use.

4. Pour egg puff batter into the preheated machine, and bake it for 2 ~ 3 minutes and ready to serve. (Baking time will be different depends on the machine.)
