Dorayaki Premix Powder
- Seal the bag after opening.
- Avoid excessive heat or moisture.
- Avoid constant exposure to light.
- Expiration dates as marked on the package.
Flavor Description
Moist and elastic dorayaki crust.
Instruction
1. Beat 20g of water and 1 whole egg, then add 100g of dorayaki powder and mix well (do not whip).
2. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the pan, then evenly coat with a little oil to avoid staining.
4. Turn down the heat, pour in the batter, turn it over for about 30 seconds, and fry for about 30 seconds more.

※ To keep the moist of the finished dorayaki needs to wrap it with a slightly damp towel when you are not going to serve or eat it immediately.
※ Can be served with red bean paste, taro paste, chocolate sauce, custard and syrup for better taste.
